01. General Provisions

1.1. Agreement: This contract is a legal agreement between Scent.is (the Seller) and the individual (the Buyer) placing an order on this platform. 1.2. Eligibility: By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age and accept these terms in full. 1.3. Updates: The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time to reflect changes in EU regulations or operational improvements.

02. Authenticity & Independent Status

Guaranteed Originality

All fragrance samples and full-sized bottles sold via Scent.is are 100% original fragrances sourced exclusively from authorized luxury distributors or the perfume houses directly.

No Affiliation Statement

Scent.is is an independent entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the manufacturers or brand owners of the fragrances we offer. All brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

2.3. Professional Rebottling: Samples are professionally rebottled by Scent.is into sterile glass atomizers. The Buyer acknowledges they are receiving 100% authentic liquid in non-original packaging.

03. Pricing & Global Currency

3.1. Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (€). 3.2. EU Taxes: Prices are inclusive of all applicable EU value-added taxes (VAT). 3.3. Secure Payment: Full payment is required at the moment of purchase through our encrypted, secure payment gateways.

04. Shipping & Logistics

4.1. EU Scope: We currently provide fulfillment to 21 selected European Union countries, ensuring a borderless luxury experience. 4.2. Delivery Speed: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Expected delivery time is 2 to 4 business days via DPD or regional courier partners. 4.3. Flat Rate: A flat-rate fee of €4.99 applies to all standard shipments, unless the Free Shipping over €70 threshold is met. 4.4. Tracking: Every parcel is fully insured and trackable. Scent.is is not liable for delays caused by local postal services or incorrect address data provided by the Buyer.

05. Withdrawal & Hygiene Policy

5.1. EU Statutory Right: Buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt. 5.2. Hygiene Exception: Due to the cosmetic nature of our products and EU health regulations, returns are only accepted if the item remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition. 5.3. Protection Guarantee: If a sample arrives damaged or leaking, contact info@scent.is within 48 hours with photographic evidence for an immediate free replacement.

06. Liability & Safety

6.1. Sensitivity: Scent.is is not responsible for individual allergic reactions. We strongly recommend testing a small amount on a patch of skin before full use. 6.2. Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the items in question.

07. Data Protection (GDPR)

Your privacy is non-negotiable. Scent.is processes personal data solely for order fulfillment and internal communication in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will never be shared with third-party marketing entities.

08. Governing Law

This contract is governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of the Seller’s registered jurisdiction.
